Uploads & transcription
Already have interviews, sales calls or notes? Upload them to the Library and they become evidence like any study session: transcribed, searchable, clippable and available to Eva.
Upload
- Go to Library and click Upload.
- Drop in files, or choose them.
- Pick the Spoken language, or leave it on Detect automatically.
- Optionally put them in a project.
Files show as uploading, then processing, then ready. If one fails, use Retry.
Supported files
Up to 2 GB per file.

- Recordings are transcribed with speakers separated. Rename a speaker from the file's menu.
- VTT and SRT files, and text written as "Name: what they said", keep their speakers and times.
- Documents have their text extracted.
Languages
You can pick the spoken language from: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Indonesian, or let it be detected automatically.
Monthly upload hours
Audio and video uploads, imports and notetaker recordings count towards your plan's monthly hours:
