What Eva can do
Eva is the research assistant inside User Evaluation. Ask it things in plain words on Home or in any chat. It answers from your evidence and cites every claim, and it can do work for you: draft a study, set up a Swarm run, write a report.
Ask questions
- Across your workspace: studies, sessions, clips, study reports, Swarm runs and Library files. Eva searches transcripts, finds quotes, counts things and cites the clips it used.
- Outside sources: turn on Web, Academic papers or Reddit in the composer to bring in outside context.
- Deep research: a longer, multi-step research report with citations. On Pro and above, with a daily limit per person.
- Charts: ask for a bar, pie or flow chart of what people said, and it appears in the answer.
You can scope a chat to one Library project, so Eva answers only from that project.
Do work
Eva can, when you ask:

| Swarm | Set up a draft run, start it after you approve, read its findings, and send a finding to five people to confirm (after you approve). |
| Evidence | Save a moment as a clip, file clips under a theme or tag, save an answer as an insight. |
| Writing | Draft a report, or a slide-style report with a PowerPoint file saved to the Library. |
Anything that costs money or contacts people waits for your go-ahead. See Approvals.
People with view-only access (observers) can ask Eva questions, but Eva won't change anything for them.
Eva in the sidebar
Eva is also in the sidebar on study pages, so you can ask about the study you're looking at without leaving it.
Manage chats
From a chat's menu: Rename, Share (see Share links), Pin, Move to project, Save as report, Archive or Delete.
Limits
The Free plan includes 50 questions to Eva a month. Pro, Team and Scale include unlimited questions. Reddit and deep research need Pro or above. See Billing & plans.
