Your plan covers your workspace: seats, upload hours, Swarm runs, Eva and the API. Interviews are paid one by one, at the same price on every plan. See Launch & cost.

- Free: 3 interviews with your own people, on us, once; full analysis and cited study reports. No API or MCP.
- Pro: unlimited studies, plus the API and MCP (10,000 calls a month; 100,000 on Scale).
- Team: everything in Pro, plus client workspaces for agencies and a shared library.

Extra Swarm runs
When you've used the Swarm runs included in your plan this month, each extra run costs $2.00. The New run screen and the Swarm page show how many included runs are left, then "$2 a run". Before an extra run starts, you confirm the $2. It's charged to your saved card when the run starts; if there's no card, a checkout page opens. The charge shows on your invoices in Settings → Billing. Purchases are final.
Upgrade
Only admins can change the plan.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly, then pick a plan.
- Pay at checkout. Your card is saved for later payments, including interviews.
If you upgrade part-way through a billing period, the unused part of what you already paid is credited. You can also start from the pricing page: Buy Pro or Buy Team takes you to sign up and straight on to checkout.
Referral discount
Signed up through an ambassador's link? Pro and Team are 50% off, monthly or yearly, for as long as your subscription stays active, renewals included. Settings → Billing shows the discounted prices. The discount isn't on interviews, extra Swarm runs or Scale. To refer others yourself, see the Ambassador programme.
Change your card, see invoices
In Settings → Billing, click Update card to change your payment method. The Invoices list shows every payment with a printable receipt.
Cancel or downgrade
Cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then. After that the workspace moves to Free. Your studies and Library stay.
Switching from yearly to monthly on the same plan takes effect at renewal.
Refunds
All purchases are final; we don't offer refunds. Cancelling a plan stops the next renewal; it doesn't refund the current period. Interviews are charged at launch and aren't refunded if fewer people take part. See the Terms.
