Share links
A share link lets anyone with the link view something without an account. Links are view-only, can expire, and can be revoked at any time.

Share a study report
- Open the study's Study report tab and click Share link.
- Choose when the link expires.
- Copy the link and send it.
Use Preview as viewer to see exactly what people with the link will see. Click Revoke link to turn it off.
Share a report
A report must be published before you can share it, and the link always shows the published version.
- Open the report and click Share.
- Turn on Anyone with the link can view and copy the link.
You can see how many times the link has been viewed. Turn the switch off to revoke the link.
Share a chat or a file
Choose Share from the chat's or file's menu, pick an expiry and click Copy link. Shared chats keep personal details redacted. A shared file shows its media and transcript.
Share a highlight reel or a clip
A shared highlight reel opens on its own page with the video and its clips. A clip's Copy embed code gives you an <iframe> player for other pages; see Download or embed a clip. Both show citations like P2 04:12, not participants' names.
See and revoke every link
Settings → Shared links lists the links in your workspace, with their expiry. Revoke any of them there. Members manage the links they made; admins can manage all of them.
A revoked or expired link stops working straight away.
Branding on shared pages
Admins can set an accent colour for shared pages, and hide Made with User Evaluation, in Settings → Workspace.
