What is User Evaluation?
User Evaluation helps you find out what people think of your product, and why. An AI interviewer talks to people for you, browser agents can try your product as users, and everything they say and do ends up in one evidence base. A study report then sums it up, with a clip behind every claim.

Across all three is Eva, the assistant inside User Evaluation. Eva drafts study guides, sets up studies and Swarm runs, and answers questions from your evidence with citations. Anything that costs money or contacts people needs your go-ahead first. See What Eva can do.
How a typical study goes
- Ask a question on Home, in plain words. For example: "Why do trial users leave in week two?"
- Eva drafts a study: a title, a short interview guide and a screener. You edit it.
- Pick who takes part: your own people with a link, or people from our panel.
- Launch. You see the total before you launch and pay at launch.
- Sessions come in. Listen back, read transcripts and make clips.
- Generate the study report. Themes and claims, each citing the clips behind it. Share it with a link or export it.
Where things live in the app
- Home: ask Eva anything, see studies and anything that needs you.
- Studies: every study, with tabs for participants, sessions, the study report, the report builder, the board and the highlight reel.
- Reports: write-ups across one or more studies, with review and publishing.
- Library: uploads, imports and meeting recordings, grouped into projects.
- Swarm: agent runs and their findings.
- Settings: workspace, team, billing, integrations, API, shared links, security and your account.
Sign up
