Payouts
People who take part through our panel are paid for every completed interview. If a company invited you with its own link, the company arranges any thank-you itself; we don't pay for those.
What you earn

Each invitation shows its pay before you start.
An interview counts once you reach the end. Interviews you stop early aren't paid, and neither are sessions the research team flags and replaces (for example, someone who didn't match the screener or rushed the answers).
When you're paid
- Once a month, on the first working day, for everything you earned the month before.
- In US dollars, with no fees from us.
- The minimum payout is $5. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month.
No tax is withheld. You're responsible for declaring this income where you live.
Set up your payout method
Go to Earnings → Payout method → Add payout method. Only you see these details; researchers never do.
PayPal
Enter the email address of your PayPal account, then type it again to confirm. A typo sends money to the wrong account, so check it carefully.
Bank transfer
Choose Use bank transfer, pick the country of your bank account and click Continue to Stripe. Stripe collects and checks your bank details. If Stripe needs more information, the page tells you; click Continue on Stripe to finish. If your country isn't listed, use PayPal for now.
Earnings and statements
The Earnings page shows each interview with its status and pay, your earnings by month, and your payouts. You can download a statement for each payout.
