4. The Clips Tab#

Every project features a Clips tab in the sidebar, which serves as the central hub for all your created clips.

  • Organize with Ease: You can organize and sort through your clips using tags, making it a breeze to filter and find the right content.
  • Advanced Filtering: Beyond tags, the Clips tab allows you to filter clips by session. You can also search for specific clips based on the notes you've attached to them.

5. Creating Your Clip#

  • Head to the Transcript: Navigate to your file's transcript.
  • Select & Create: Highlight the transcript section you wish to turn into a clip. This action will reveal a Create a Clip button. Click on it!
  • A pop-up appears, giving you the ability to add tags and personal notes, aiding in the future retrieval or categorization of the clip.
  • Upon saving, the system begins to process your clip, prepping it for download.

6. Processing#

  • Clip processing usually consumes a few minutes. Patience is key!
  • During this process, if you go into the Clips tab and select your specific clip, you'll encounter a Processing label.
